Outburst of an Entrepreneur (repass)
September 15, 2009 - 17:16Judge of the Childhood and Youth banned the entry and stay of less than 18 years in my lan house, because it was not Legalized (CNPJ, Permit, Certificate CBMERJ), but since I'm Brazilian and never give up, rode a company, took CNPJ, Municipal Registration, Certificate from the Fire Department ... finally got out of informality and became a legal entity (do not think that was easy, nor cheap because it was not), I went to the Burns District and I filed for a Permit for Entry and Residence of Minors of 18 years, which by law should take 10 days to get ready, and has been going on for more than 30 days. Fulfilled all requirements however there is one that will not be met, is about a law that prohibits the operation of Lan Houses and Cyber Cafes to less than 1km away, Municipal and State Schools:
Law No. 4782 OF 23 JUNE 2006.
Author: Mr Paulo Melo
PROHIBITS THE OPENING OF HOUSES OF COMPUTER GAMES, ALSO KNOWN AS "LAN HOUSES 'FOR A DISTANCE LESS THAN 1 (HUM) THOUSAND FEET OF EDUCATION OF UNITS 1 AND 2 DEGREE WITHIN THE STATE OF RIO DE JANEIRO.
"In response to Mr Paul Melo sent the following letter:
Illustrate Good Night Mr Paulo Melo,
I am writing to tell you how messed up my life:
You have no idea of the difficulties that stand in the way of those who want to legalize this city. I own a cafe in Burnley, say, in passing the one that is completely legal in my city, but to ask for the latest document that I needed to give the beginning of my activities (Permit Entry and Stay of children under 18 years ) was surprised by Law No. 4782 of his own, a law so baseless that even after you have submitted understood that the distance was absurd when it comes to a small town (Bill 779/2007).
Mr Know I am a good citizen, I invested all the money he had, and still took money from believing to work and support my family in a proper way, but today I risk being arrested or responding processes because of their law, besides the debts that accumulate every day on my behalf. I thank God I never have voted for you and never say that I will vote, and I will but I will campaign against you and against those who hinder the progress and development, against all projects that create unreasonable not to know Mr número.Fique I am a very well known and very well connected and who depend on me I will do everything possible to hinder his political action in my região.Estou sending a copy of this text to 2000 parents of clients who ask me all the time why their children can not attend my establishment, if they all completed a permit allowing entry of their children here. Through e-mails send to my friends, family and owners of Lan Houses and Cyber Cafes all over the State of Janeiro.Esta letter serves to alert you before creating a project to analyze, as deeply as possible, for other workers like me are not prejudiced. Lan House is not synonymous with gambling houses, but a place of culture, information and entertainment.
Att Eduardo Campana "
I ask you who voted for this Member that does not repeat his mistake, and never voted for him as I,
continue without vote because politicians like Mr. Paulo Melo, has the lowest value because they create laws just to make unsubstantiated number and do not analyze the impact of the same.

This law is absurd, and even becomes more absurd when applied in small towns. 1km of a school is crazy ... And what for that? The lans should be considered also a place of study and research ...
Place of cyber cafe and cyber cafe is on the side of the school, yes! Suffice it then to have the shift register of the student in that school and to prohibit their frequency during this period. Something not at all complicated to maintain. I even implemented this feature in my manager (LanBr) to facilitate this, because I think this idea feasible and practical.
I live in a town of 45,000 inhabitants in São Paulo state, and since I started in 2003 to permit the juvenile court took from 4 TO 6 MONTHS to go to a lan. THAT'S IT! They discourage you to the ultimate consequences for you to give up, losing money by keeping the company open honestly paying the rent, water, electricity, taxes and everything else to be able to receive not less than 18 years until this damn license is granted. Even worse, recently I learned that the judge refuses to sign new licenses to any other lan that is open in the region. NONSENSE is unconstitutional!
This country needs to grow and understand that Cyber Cafes and Lan Houses are establishments of culture, digital inclusion and provide a healthy and family entertainment. I sold my lan in late 2006 to play my projects lan system in Linux because they simply got tired of unnecessary aggression that the child protection agency and other "authorities" had on the lans in my area.
GROW BRAZIL! That politicians worry about real threats, and stop those who are honest work in peace, and that provide incentives for everyone to be legalized without submitting to extortion charges and taxes absurd abusive nonsense.
This way we will always continue to lag behind other countries.
GROW BRAZIL!

Legislative minded pre-historic, legal at the time of the inquisition and running at the speed of lame turtle!
Unfortunately ignorance and disinterest in ranso the serious issues that people need to still dominate the politics and the judiciary. They just want to know the salary at the end of the month and re-election. Do not scan, does not interact with what people want and need work anyway, making stupid laws like this mentioned, as if working for free or under a whip, while he is who we are!
The lan-house can and should be regulated so much smarter than that, to prohibit the abuse of joves, ensure safety and to take the opportunity to learn from the digital divide! It has many good points.
Unlike butecos selling drugs "lawful" and that nobody cares!
Let entrepreneurs work their leeches!!!!

It is true my friends, so that everyone can live in slums ne best, cause it is so open and work, but the question is that the wages of politicians in our country and so fat that they need not worry about who is accountable to or better pay, who want to live honestly, but we can not lose hope that our country will change. and i will stop working as if we were thieves!!!
