Pity that I liked in my region is not.
Just correcting the Internet in the U.S. there is not much better than Brazil, the two are very bad, and there is no point in China have access to 1Gbps, it'll all be blocked.

GVT will win the entire market of HI (Brazil telecom) many of my friends are migrating into the GVT at the prices and quality service. that in the "HI" is very bad, falls very, unstable signal ... WHY CAN TALK NOW HAD.
Today I internet 10Megabits / s (down) 1megabits / s (upload) by 69.90 in Porto Alegre.
I do not have anything to complain about, is very good.
I paid around $ 180R for a phone plan and internet 1mpbs. today a plan very similar GVT and more 10mbps internet out $ 122.

Wow ... R $ 49.90 today, paid only by internet (outside phone provider, and everything else). This value, believe me: I am to have a 300k internet (less than 1/3 of 1mbps). Also, I live in Fortaleza / CE. I hope one day get the respect and civility here. Markets have not got is the availability and price.
